God’s Creation here on Earth

Our creator has endowed us with certain unalienable rights that we are born with and live by such as life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
We are free to pursue all fields of knowledge to try to uncover new facts about our existence here on earth. Yes, there is a reason why God created us with a mind that eagerly seeks out to find the truth.
Animal life as we know it live by their nature alone i.e., they live by their natural instincts and do not try to make sense of it all. However, human life has intelligence far beyond our wildest dreams.
According to the bible, God created us as human beings in the image of himself. Did he give us a mind that will someday be as great as our creator himself is?
We have evolved tremendously through the centuries as human life every generation breaks through another barrier of knowledge.
I suppose God wanted us as his children to seek out the unexplained phenomenon throughout the world, to marvel at life to give praise to such a unique gift given us as human beings here on earth.
However, we as human beings unlike other creations of God are involved in wars throughout the world. We have no sense of unity as one with our fellow man. We must let love take over our lives for love itself is an emotion that delves in all of us an emotion that engulfs our existence here on earth.
If we learn to harness love in our lives and not live without it we can unite the world as one. To put an end to war once and for all and live our lives in peace throughout the world.

Do you think it will ever be possible to have a "sense of unity as one with our fellow man" as long as we believe in different gods?
My son, who is quite developmentally delayed, asked me why, "If Christians all believe in Jesus then why do they fight each other." I had no answer.
