The World in 2013

A year from now in Jan of 2013 I’m hoping President Obama will be delivering his second inaugural address as our re-elected president. I believe with another four years in office he can accomplish a great deal of good.

I am also hoping there will be an end to all wars everywhere in the world. I hope to see peace prevail all over our planet.

With an end to war we can accomplish a great deal rather than destroying property, we can re-build and heal all wounds created through war.

What will the world be like a year from now? With the above suggestions, I am hoping to see a tremendous change in the world. If we only allow peace and love to rule our lives than we all as a people throughout the world will finally live in peace with one another.

I hope to see the price of fuel go down and the corporate world show more responsibility in the business community. i.e., to show concern for those contributing to their welfare to treat their customers in a more dignified manner.

A year from now we will all be a bit wiser we will see the world in a new light. Let us all begin today so that tomorrow we will be reaping what we sow today. If we conquer our quest for peace and love than all will fall into place for the betterment of human life.

“I like dreams of the future better than the history of the past.” Thomas Jefferson

I agree with you, Dave, and I hope to see the same things occur in 2012 (and January of 2013!)

2011 was a tough year for a lot of people, including me, but there has been a definite shift in the dialog and possibly a change in direction which makes me very happy. I hope it doesn't have to get worse before it gets better, but I believe it's going to get better.

Jean and I wish you the best in 2012.
