My Hobby in Writing

I’ve never really had any hobbies however; since I joined SearchWarp, I enjoyed writing articles on so many different kinds of subjects.

I write from personal information about myself to historical accounts to information about what I feel deeply in such as testimonials about great people past and present.

Yes, SearchWarp has been a site I happened to find over six years ago. I was new at writing then and my grammar was bad. I bought books about writing style and improved as I went along. I still have a few rough edges I must polish up on but I have improved a lot through the years.

My most popular article or should I say poem is Flower children of the 60’s”which I wrote in May of 2006. I have over 9,500 hits on it and over 7,500 referrals.

I enjoy writing articles on SearchWarp and I have made many friends since I became a member. SearchWarp’s slogan “A place where I belong” is quite appropriate and relates to its writers.

I suppose I can say that writing is my hobby these days. I enjoy writing about so many diverse subjects. Living in our changing and challenging times brings out a great deal of interest in our lives.

There is always something to capture our attention and worth our effort in writing about. The simplest occurrence can make a great story to indulge in and worth our effort to capture it on paper.

My second most popular article is “I see said the Blind Man which I wrote in July of 2007. I have 7,500 hits on it with 7,100 referrals.

Since I found SearchWarp over six years ago, it has changed tremendously for the better under the leadership of Bruce Horst and his wife Jean they have made SearchWarp a great place to belong.
