Blessed are the Peacemakers

Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God. Mathew 5:9
How do we define peacemakers? Peacemakers come in all walks of life in the 60’s the young people were demonstrating for peace.
When love overcomes hate then we may see peace flourish for love is the key that unlocks the door to peace. Peace of mind begins with a heart filled with love and compassion. Therefore let it all begin let us come together as the human family we are.
Our declaration of independence proclaims, “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”
Happiness is impossible to accomplish if we are at war or conflict with one another. Peace is the goal we seek by obtaining peace all other human factors will fall into place.
The hustle and bustle of life in our everyday society demands our attention. If we were to slow down our fast paced world i.e., to take time to see the hidden wonders all around us, then we could find a little peace of mind.
Yes blessed are those who seek peace for the future depends on how we live today. We must cherish peace and make it our means of living. “PEACE ON EARTH” is that asking too much.

i share your feelings, and always wondered, even as a child, why people couldn't find peace, make peace, understand peace, or motivate peace.
it takes less energy than anger and fighting.

Yes, indeed, there are hidden wonders all around us. I needed this article this morning to remind me of certain things, and this was one of them. Thanks for the timing and these excellent thoughts.
