Holy is his name
Risen from the dead
Insight into the future
Savior of the world
Together with him
Mass is said in his name
Angels announce his coming
Souls are being saved
December 25Th is the day we celebrate the birth of our Lord. This time of year hearts are filled with love and compassion for our fellow man. It is the time of year we give gifts to our family and friends.
Children are filled with excitement as they await that jolly old soul we call Santa Claus. The children's laughter can delight and soften the most hardened soul.
Carols are sung throughout the land bringing the Christmas spirit to all. We hear the phrase "Peace on Earth" during this time if only peace would prevail throughout the world. If we could only put an end to war once and for all, stop fighting amongst one another and find a mutual understanding within.

And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid. And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, which is Christ the Lord. And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger. And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.
