"I would rather live in a world where my life is surrounded by mystery than live in a world so small that my mind could comprehend it" Harry Emerson Fosdick
To live in a world and to solve the abundant mysteries that surround us and to be at awe at such wonders, blessed we have been as the human race with many unexplainable wonders in our world.
Along the way, many of our discoveries have accidentally been made we just happened to stumble across the answers. There are still many young inquisitive minds out there searching and longing for answers to the unexplained.
We have come along way however, there is still a lot we have to learn. Not only the mysteries in our everyday living that we have mastered such as inventions and what have you. However, to explain the mysteries of life in general i.e. where did we come from and where are we going.
Yes, it is only in our nature as human beings to want answers to the many questions that confront us everyday. To go beyond our natural world and seek out the mysteries that are prevalent and we take for granted everyday.
A quote from the bible I like is "seek and you shall find" yes, if we seek out the unexplained phenomenon all around us then we are bound to find the answers in our journey here on planet earth.
We are indeed as the human species a part of the vast universe that lingers right outside of our realistic world. For we are by all means as human beings a living organism traveling through space and a part of the universe that is undoubtedly endless.

But it seems that every time we find an answer it only shows us that there's more to seek! Please log in to respond to this comment.Very true Jennifer, one discovery leads to another. Life goes on and on one generation after another in a circle. Human and other living things continue this cycle like a wheel because God created them to run the world without end. Please log in to respond to this comment.Thank you for commenting Hilda, I like your philosophy. Please log in to respond to this comment.

I like your quote seek and you shall find. I think most of us go from one plateau to the next always seeking to find another answer to the last mystery we encountered. I think it's a never ending cycle. Enjoyable article David. Please log in to respond to this comment.Thank you LindaPlease log in to respond to this comment.
David, you begin this piece with this quote: ""I would rather live in a world where my life is surrounded by mystery than live in a world so small that my mind could comprehend it" Harry Emerson Fosdick " and continue to intrigue the reader throughout - wonderfully interesting read - thanks for sharing! Please log in to respond to this comment.Thank you Judy I'm g;lad you liked it.Please log in to respond to this comment.
I like your 'seek and find' reference. And we must all find 'OUR DESTINY AND PURPOSE', through our gifts and talents, just like the parable of the talents. Please log in to respond to this comment.Thank you for commenting EllePlease log in to respond to this comment.
Good article David and one that I can't help pondering as you wrote it. What do I mean? "All shall be known and then the end shall come." That confirms to me design, plan, purpose. It is the creators and He chooses whom is to cary that out. The sad part is man truly believes he is the ultimate creator when so much is all about the factually says otherwise. Please log in to respond to this comment.Thank you for commenting Mr. MeleccioPlease log in to respond to this comment.

"We are indeed as the human species a part of the vast universe that lingers right outside of our realistic world."It is a humbling move, David, but the wisest posture, when as mortal beings, we admit that we are not it, that we are specks in a universe of galaxies. Thanks for pointing us to the mysterious around us, even in us. ~mogama~Please log in to respond to this comment.True Mogama, we are just specks of dust in the universe. Please log in to respond to this comment.
I couldn't agree more, that God created man to have an inquisitive will and thus as 'Homo Sapiens' we must seek to find and thus fulfill our God ordained purpose. Please log in to respond to this comment.Thank you for commenting AyodelePlease log in to respond to this comment.
