" Individual commitment to a group effort -- that is what makes a team work, a company work, a society work, a civilization work." Vince Lombardi
We can give our best as an individual however; we must remember that we are a part of a group in whatever field we choose to involve ourselves. Using the word "WE" instead of "I." Yes when we work as a united team, we can accomplish so much more.
There is so much more gratification instilled in us when we know we are giving of ourselves to benefit others. To serve our fellow man should be the goal in all of us. For this is when we can see our foe in a new light and work to bring peace into the world.
Imagine a world without wars or conflict amongst one another without conflicting ideas to separate us as human beings we could accomplish so much in our world. All people united and working together to solve our problems on our planet earth.
A united world has always been the dream of so many of us, with our infrastructure in a crippling state rather than sending our young men out to fight wars we could use them in repairing our roads, bridges, and what have you.
So what is stopping the world from becoming one? One home for all of us earthlings living together as brothers and sisters.
I believe our founding fathers could envision this day when they wrote and established our constitution. This day when we reach the drawbridge, which will open and let our ship through to sail on uncharted waters, where we as Americans have longed for and persevered through the many difficult days and years as a united people to reach.

"The wave of the future is not the conquest of the world by a single dogmatic creed but the liberation of the diverse energies of free nations and free men." John F. Kennedy
