It All Begins With Us “The People”

Our politicians could learn something from this quote by Thomas Paine while they are throwing $1000 dollar plate dinners to promote their campaigns to win a seat in the office they are seeking.
There is so much need out there money outrageously spent on needless projects we must get our priorities straight. The welfare of the people come before we send a man to mars now I'm not against space travel however we must take care of our own planet before we set out to explore other worlds.
We still have starving people in the world and we are engaged in wars at present. Let us put an end to wars, pestilence, and feed and clothe our fellow man there is so much which needs to be done.

It all begins with us "the people" we must break away from indifference and apathy and begin to work constructively to build a better world. A world where all live in peace and love this was the dream of the flower children in the 60s it can become a reality today if we bring it into fruition.
God will help us if we are sincere in our efforts to make things right only the work must begin now all it takes is a dream of a better world where people of all colors, creeds, and nationalities unite and come together as one people.
I believe the wealthy are willing to do their fair share to contribute to the cause of world peace and unity. For let's face it they are also a part of the same world we all inhabit we cannot divide ourselves into different categories we are all-human and breathe the same air.
It has worked to unite us as Americans over two hundred years ago it can work again today to unite us (we) as the people of the world today.

Dave I enjoyed your article very much and I agree that we must all come together and help each other if we are to survive. I do believe that we can come together through the grace of God. Great job. People are starving, the middle-class is moving to the lower-class, and the elitists are indifferent (contrary to their 'intentions').
