" We are drowning in information but starved for knowledge." John Naisbitt
Yes today with the internet we can find answers to most if not all of our questions with just a click of the mouse. However, the information we receive all comes from mortal sources i.e. the source of our knowledge comes from our fellow human beings not gods or any immortal beings.
Turning information we receive on a daily basis into useful knowledge that can help us in our everyday world can be a difficult task to undertake. Our educational curriculum is all based on a hypothesis of higher learning. For a college education does not always satisfy one's curiosity of the unexplained occurrences we face every day.
In fact our universities are focused on an atheistically oriented society it teaches us that God is an illusion and not a part of the real world. Although our colleges and universities do not censor students, who believe in God it just is not a part of their doctrine.
Although I personally do believe in God, I do not believe all the teachings of the bible are true. I do believe Jesus as my Lord and master only not in the way the bible describes him.
There is yet a lot to learn about the unexplained knowledge that surrounds us, true we can take the easy way out and accept what our ancestors left us as the only way to go. However, there will always be those of us whom will seek out to explain the unexplained.
" One who asks a question is a fool for five minutes; one who does not ask a question remains a fool forever." Chinese proverb
When I was in boot camp they told us "the only foolish question is the one that is never asked" yes we must not be afraid to ask questions for the whole world is a mystery that needs to be unraveled.
