Psychiatrists try to analyze the abnormal behavior in their patients. Most of them believe every action out of the ordinary is a result of a mental disorder.
They'll even trace an individual's past from childhood to present age. Is our society so perfect one that rebels or cannot adjust to all of its madness is supposedly to suffer from some sort of mental illness?
What is in need of therapy is the state of society in general. For the well-adjusted individuals living in a sick environment are truly the mentally disturbed. I realize they are only being themselves however; they need not condemn those who do not live the same lifestyle as they do.
For through the melting pot of our society we are all living under the same law. This is what we all have in common. Our constitution gives rights to all of its citizens providing we all live within the confines of the law.

"The heart has eyes which the brain knows nothing of." Charles H. Perkhurst

True some of them may be in need of supervision while in the public eye. For their illness may make them dangerous to the inhabitants of society. However most of them are harmless and their actions although may seem odd to ordinary citizens as I pointed out see them through your heart not your mind.

For that reason alone, we should give the benefit of doubt.Well done, once again. Please log in to respond to this comment.Yeah Mike, I've spent time on mental wards with he mentally ill as a patient myself, and found very few of them to be violent. Not all but many of them are acting out a part rather than being mentally ill as diagnosedPlease log in to respond to this comment.
