The future belongs to those who give the next generation reason for hope." Pierre Teilhard Dechardin
A new year is approaching the year 2010 will soon be here. What will this New Year bring us? Well I suppose it's up to the individual on how we (the individual) react to the New Year.
We do live in a free country where we can do anything we please as long as we don't interfere with the rights and beliefs of our neighbor.
If we choose a vocation in dealing with the issues of our times or careers in the medical field, clergy, or any job relating to serving the public, I believe this can be a positive asset to encourage young people in pursuing.
However, we must first let the young decide for themselves what profession to seek. For to have a flourishing outcome in the decisions they make they must feel it inside. For even if they (he/she) chooses a career of manual labor such as a carpenter or plumber as long as they are happy in what they do they will undoubtedly be happy and successful in their chosen field.
Success does not always pertain to financial wealth it can also mean doing one's job right. In addition, having a feeling of accomplishment at the end of a hard day's work, just knowing you done an honest days work is indeed a goal to comfort and satisfy one's soul.
"Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful." Albert Schweitzer
The doorway to opportunity is open in all avenues however, we must have a solid foundation to stand on before we can freely choose our life's potential. From the foundation, we create the future our planet Earth is our home.
Listen to your children the younger they are the greater their vision they can see what we adults are too busy to see.
Why can't our political leaders whom are supposedly working for the people foresee this outcome of new ideas, dreams and new ways of making all of our dreams come true?
"Cheers to a New Year and another chance for us to get it right." Oprah Winfrey
"Be always at war with your vices, at peace with your neighbors, and let each New Year find you a better man." Benjamin Franklin
" For last year's words belong to last year's language and next year's words await another voice. And to make an end is to make a beginning." T. S. Eliot
" To look back at a proud past and look forward to a bright future" Dave Tanguay
