The Formative Years

As children grow and develop in the environment in which their rearing takes place television has allot to do with their upbringing. Television plays a major role on their nurturing. I personally believe children are influenced a great deal in their formative years by watching television.

Now television can have a very positive asset on a young child's development. Although many child psychiatrists put a great deal of emphasis on the home, in which the child inhabits. Watching television brings the world into their homes.

However, as children grow and develop in mind, body, heart and soul they can naturally see right from wrong. I believe patience should be a key tool in the parent's role. For maturity is a passage of life in which all children will eventually come to see the light and become well-adjusted individuals in society.

Yes, most children under the age of ten will go through many different stages of development. However, I believe time will heal all differences.
