Afghanistan, should we be there? Yes definitely to help the people by building better living conditions. I do not believe we are fighting a foe I believe we as the people of the world are all united.
We should send our young into underdeveloped countries to help them to build better living conditions. To help them with plentiful food to eat, clean drinking water, and a means of taking care of themselves.
It all begins here at home if we can unite as a people which we are today we can change the world for the better. I believe what I see on television is not real. I believe we are united as a people and living together.
So let us move forward to improving living conditions not only here at home but throughout the world. What does it all take to begin the journey into a new world order? The answer is as simple as time itself, all it takes is love, which we are all blessed with from God above.
The Lord is on our side if we move in the right and proper direction I believe he will help us achieve our goal of living in peace and love throughout the entire world.
Yes the Lord said Help me to help you to help yourself, he said children look for love look for me. We have all been touched by his love it is for us to use our love in a positive way to better the world.
No one man can do it alone we are all mortal and in need of guidance from our Lord. He works on all of us and I believe we all as individuals can feel his presence in us. If we follow our heart and soul and do what it asks of us then there is no stopping us on the road to recovery.
"The world is round and the place which may seem like the end may also be the beginning." Ivy Baker Priest.

The doctor who saved my son's life is an Iraqi man, an educated and compassionate man. I have also come across other people from other countries who may or may not have reason to dislike us, but have found that they hold no grudges on a personal level and just want to feel that they belong to a wider community. We have many shops and restaurants run by Iranians, Afghanis, and countless other nationalities. I feel privileged to have the chance to share their cultures and interact as equal members of society.I wish it could be like that for everyone. Please log in to respond to this comment. You know marjorie, i believe it is and someday will be a reality. Please log in to respond to this comment.
