"There is nothing like a dream to create the future." Victor Hugo
Yes to dream on if your dreams are unselfish and meant to better the world then you'll see just how easily your dreams can unfold. Nevertheless, one can run into many complications and hardships on the road to achieving one's goal.
We have had many dreamers in the past that brought their dreams into a reality. In the passing parade of life, many have made their mark in life. From Orville and Wilbur Wright to Henry Ford, Thomas Edison only to mention a few of the greats who laid down the foundation to better the world we live in.
There is an outward reality and a reality within, the outward reality is the concrete world we face everyday. The reality within is the heart and soul we possess that help guide us through life.
Idealism is in fact a reality in its own, some idealist look at idealism as the only reality. For all the actions we take in life first originate from our heart and soul whether we find our status in society or live our whole lives searching for a better way of life.
Peace and love will prevail for it is in our nature to let these positive assets come into our being. We cannot escape what we really are and that is simply CHILDREN OF GOD!

David, I liked the comment that "Idealism is in fact a reality in its own." It reminds me of a thought by the poet Randall Jarrell, that posterity is the intersection of an idea and its time (or something like that). We do live in many realities, don't we?Please log in to respond to this comment.Yes Tony, I have yet to define reality. But I like to think of idealism as a type of reality. thanks for commentingPlease log in to respond to this comment.
